Monday Mandates: First Verse

In the beginning, there was a prophecy. It was written on a cave wall, in a style that was both elegant and absurd.

It spoke of a time when Mondays would no longer be a chore, but a day of wonder.

Little did they know, it would become the guiding force behind our modern society.

The Mandates

• Article 1: Thou shalt not be seen wearing pleated pants on a Monday.
• Article 2: Thou shalt not eat anything with less than 5% caffeine on a Monday.
• Article 3: Thou shalt not use the phrase 'TGIF' on a Monday.

And so, the Monday Mandates came to be.
